How Can vomiting And Headache Along With Chest Tightness Be Treated?

I had, what I thought, was a really bad cold on Friday. Took over the counter meds and woke up Saturday with severe vomiting. The vomiting was so severe that anytime I moved AT ALL, I threw up. This lasted until 7 p.m. Had a constant headache with this, although not migraine strength. Rested all day Sunday and ingested fluids; ate 1/2 can of chicken soup. Today I am back at work but am still nauseated (ate 1-1/2 cups of scrambled eggs for breakfast), weak, disoriented and some chest tightness with few stabs of pain. Also experiencing the mild pain in my kidney area.
